On January 9, 2025, the inaugural online meeting of the international project Constructher Future (CoHER) took place. The initiative focuses on promoting female leadership in vocational education and training across Europe.
Participants from Ireland, Hungary, Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, and Portugal joined the session to discuss the project’s goals and initial tasks.
Key responsibilities were distributed among the partners:

During the meeting, partners discussed the design of educational materials, mobility planning, feedback mechanisms, and dissemination strategies. LNTU is responsible for project evaluation and will also provide the official project logo by February 1.
The next coordination meeting will focus on refining the activity roadmap and upcoming deliverables.
